Gas Services

Heatwave qualified gas service technicians provide gas services expertise for industrial and commercial clients. Craftsman and Registered gasfitters install, service and repair, space and water heating, foodservice, natural gas and LPG equipment. Planned Maintenance

A team of qualified technicians operate maintenance programmes for air conditioning, heating, ventilation and gas plant infrastructure. A regular systematic approach to maintenance, taking into account the type of plant, its age, and use, ensures that the equipment operates as it was intended, minimises energy costs, and maximises its life. Survey, Review, Install

When required, Heatwave carry out design and installation of new systems, or refurbishment of existing systems. Our experienced team can give advice on your equipment / system life cycle and recommend maintenance and upgrade requirements. Our Design and Build team can review, specify and estimate upgrade requirements for your system to comply with the latest standards, then manage consenting and implementation.

Inspection

Heatwave has IQP (Independent Qualified Person) status to review and certify Heating, Ventilating, Air conditioning and associated systems and controls. Please contact us for your Form 12 (Building warrant of fitness) and Form12A (Certificate of compliance with inspection, maintenance and reporting procedures) requirements.
