| Heatwave: | Featured on Grand Designs, Heatwave provided a design and build chilled water fan coil based air-conditioning solution with BMS controls and electric heating. The main supply air handling unit was delivered CKD, taken up a lift, carried to the top floor plantroom, and assembled on site. The AC control is web based enabling access and monitoring from anywhere. A challenging environment, with limited plant space, was overcome with skill and ingenuity. |
