Solid fuel cooking, fire and flame, plus natural gas, characterise the Headquarters spectacular concept - this and a prime spot on the Waitemata harbour, provide a significant challenge for the mechanical services designer - hoods, duct, make up air, ventilation, air conditioning and a Building Consent . Once designed and Building consent achieved, Heatwave fabricated and installed the systems for a glamour opening. Currently, Heatwave is maintaining the systems and prepares reports for the Building Warrant of Fitness.
