Under this contract all works were procured via Heatwave acting as the Main Contractor. Heatwave was responsible for the delivery of all works associated with the mechanical services trade and associated sub-contractors including electrical, electrical for mechanical, controls, fire protection, hydraulics and builders works.

This included new chiller and the retrofit of chilled water-cooling coils to two existing AHU; new pipework and insulation; BMS and Controls upgrade; trenching and cabling for new MCC; site excavation works and drainage; chiller platform; and acoustic fencing.
