This project comprised the design, supply, manufacture, installation, testing and maintenance of the mechanical systems and associated works for the building.

Rooftop package units, economiser cycles, VRV systems, VAV systems, VAV diffusers, smoke exhaust systems, and car park ventilation were selected and combined to provide the maximum use of outdoor air for an energy efficient , sustainable installation.
