Demolition of existing plant and ductwork. New constant volume air handling unit fan coils and return air fan for the air conditioning of the new Hybrid Operating Theatre.
Extension and modification of the existing systems.
Recommissioning of CHW pumps’ variable speed drives manually for the expansion of the imaging chilled water circuit to serve the new Control Room and Equipment Plantroom. New on floor distribution board (Mech DB-4K-1E). Seismic restraints and supports systems to all modified and new systems.
Extend existing Medical gas systems.
